Milwaukee Mental Health Task Force invites you to a free training
SAMHSA’s Recovery to Practice (RTP) initiative is offering an onsite, face-to-face introduction to this eLearning series created for peer specialists serving people with mental health conditions experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.

This is a training opportunity for peer workers serving people with mental health conditions who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

CEH Hours for Peers: Attention Certified Peer Specialists – If you attend the training, you will receive 4 Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) that will fulfill several different categories for certification hours. Does not cover Ethics and Boundaries and Substance Use Specific. You can indicate that you wish to receive a CEH certificate in the online registration form.

Monthly General Meetings
Milwaukee Mental Health Task Force general meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday of each month from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at IndependenceFirst located at 540 S. 1st Street, Milwaukee, WI (414) 291-7520. Please respect the request to attend the meeting fragrance free.
The meetings are open to the public and involvement is encouraged from all sectors of our community.
